This support area is all about making sure our customers are given the best experience possible when starting their journey with Microsoft 365. We know it can be challenging for emerging businesses to set up their technical environment and we offer them a helping hand. During the interactions with these customers, we talk them through what they are trying to achieve and their business goals. From this, we offer suggestions on the right solutions for them, what features and benefits are available and how best to utilise Microsoft 365 to achieve their goals. We also capture customer insights and product feedback so that we can share it with Microsoft, in order to improve the experience for all customers. This is primarily through chat; however, we quickly move to a phone call as we find this is the best way to offer support.
Business Assist
Our Business Assist support team is specifically designed to give small businesses access to personalised technical support. We want to make it as easy as possible for small businesses to set up and get the best out of their technical environment, which is why we are on hand to give owners and their employees around-the-clock access to technical specialists as they grow their business. The areas of support offered range from onboarding to everyday use. Our team will also help Business Assist customers learn about any underutilised features, and how they can get the best out of Microsoft 365 to achieve their business goals.
