Our name

For us, our name is our entire ethos, our reason for being. Derived from the Latin word for ‘support’, we support our employees, so they can support our customers.

Our purpose

We started in 2015, with a workforce of just 5 people, offering outsourced technical IT support on behalf of a global technology company. We can be called upon to support anything from helping someone who needs a password reset to a full hybrid migration. Six years down the line we’ve grown to an incredible team of over 100, winning multiple awards along the way

Our culture of support isn’t just limited to our customers and employees. We regularly raise money for local charities and businesses. In 2021 alone we raised over £10,000 through dedicated awareness days and initiatives.

Has it all been worth it? After six years we now stand tall as a multi award-winning company. As recognition of our efforts in 2019, we were voted the ‘Best Outsourced Contact Centre’ by the South West Contact Centre Awards Panel. At the 2020 awards, we celebrated another three wins.
