Our name
For us, our name is our entire ethos, our reason for being. Derived from the Latin word for ‘support’, we support our employees, so they can support our customers.
Our purpose
We started in 2015, with a workforce of just 5 people, offering outsourced technical IT support on behalf of a global technology company. We can be called upon to support anything from helping someone who needs a password reset to a full hybrid migration. Six years down the line we’ve grown to an incredible team of over 100, winning multiple awards along the way
We go the extra mile to not just support our customers, but to delight them. We focus on making sure the customer has the best experience possible.
